How to cook a matter-antimatter asymmetric Universe

During this pandemic, cooking has become some of our favorite activities. Now given the Standard Model of particle physics and cosmology, we will review how to cook a matter-antimatter asymmetric Universe. We will learn that the Universe is way under-cooked unless it is provided with new ingredients. In particular, some new ingredients also concomitantly give rise to neutrino mass and other signatures. This scenario is generically known as leptogenesis. We will go through several classes of leptogenesis models and discuss some ways to test them. The hope is that the audiences will come away with new recipes to cook the Universe.
