Flavour Anomalies and Lepton Flavour Universality

Speaker
Marco Nardecchia
CERN

Host
Nicolás Bernal

Abstract
In this talk I will review the status of various experimental results in flavour physics that are in tension with the Standard Model predictions. In particular I will discuss some very recent LHCb results aiming at testing the universality of SM interactions in the lepton sector. In the second part of the talk I will present a model independent interpretation of the data in terms of New Physics, and I will discuss also some explicit models.
